Gionee as expected today has launched A1 and A1 Plus, the company's latest camera-centric smartphones. The first comes with a 16MP front camera with selfie flash placed besides it for great selfie shot in low light, while the later boasts a 20MP front camera with front LED flash as well. At the back, the A1 Plus packs dual 13MP+5MP cameras while the A1 only comes with a single 16MP rear camera.

The Gionee A1 features a 5.5-inch full-HD display; is powered by an octa-core Helio P10 processor and is backed a 4,010mAh battery, while the A1 Plus features a larger 6-inch full-HD display; is powered by a more powerful Helio P25 chipset and packs a 4,550mAh battery. Both phones runs Android 7.0 Nougat and includes fingerprint sensors.
